Choose the right method before production
Not every print suits every garment
A strong result starts with the combination of artwork, fibre composition, colour, position, use and quantity. We therefore assess in advance which method best supports the desired appearance and practical lifespan. You do not need to understand DTG, DTF and DTM yourself: if you are unsure, we recommend the right route.
AJDN prints T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, bodywarmers, workwear, sportswear and merchandise. You can order garments through AJDN or supply new, unworn and unwashed garments after technical assessment.
From a first sample to recurring webshop orders: we document production specifications, inspect the print and can combine production with neck labels, hangtags, stock management, fulfilment and shipping.

The amounts below are public business starting and example prices. The garment is not included. We confirm the final price after checking the artwork, garments, quantities and print positions.
Direct to Garment
Starting price for a chest logo approximately 60 mm wide. Suitable for detailed full-colour prints, mainly on cotton garments.

In-house production and inspection
From colour profile to finished garment
AJDN uses an Epson SureColor SC-F3000 for DTG and a Mimaki TxF300-75 for DTF. We check the file, material, pretreatment, placement, ink coverage, pressing, curing and final result.
Textile is not a screen. Colour profiles, monitor settings, fabric colour, fibres and absorption may create small differences. For critical brand colours, new garments or large production runs, we therefore recommend a digital preview, test print or sample.

How your printing order works
Product, quantity and schedule
State the garment type, quantities, desired positions, dimensions and required dispatch date. You can also ask AJDN to advise on and supply the garments.
Method and artwork check
We assess the artwork, resolution, transparency, colour, material and position and recommend DTG, DTF or DTM.
Price, approval and optional sample
You receive a price and schedule. When technically or commercially advisable, one paid sample or colour test can be produced first.
Production and quality control
After approval and once the product, file and material are ready, we produce and inspect the print and dispatch according to the confirmed schedule.
Files and customer-supplied garments
Avoid delays before production
Files: preferably supply AI, EPS, PDF or PSD. A transparent PNG at the actual production size and at least 300 dpi can also be assessed. We receive new and corrected production, design and logo files exclusively by email at info@ajdn.com, not through WhatsApp.
Customer-supplied garments: only new, unworn and unwashed items are considered. The material, coating, seams, heat resistance and accessibility of the position may determine whether production is possible. Supplied garments are processed under the separate risk conditions; for expensive or exclusive garments, we recommend a test first.
File not suitable? We explain what needs to be changed. Simple vectorisation or technical production preparation starts at €20. The initial file check is included with a production order.
Production time and care
Clear commitments about dispatch and washing
Standard production orders are normally dispatched within 1–5 working days; for DTG production orders, an average of five working days is a safe indication. Production-ready webshop on-demand work is produced in an average of one working day. Production time begins once the order or quotation has been approved, the file is technically suitable, any design has been approved and the garments and materials are available or received. Transit time is not included.
For stock-based webshop orders, the same-working-day dispatch cut-off is 15:00 from Monday to Thursday and 12:00 on Friday. Rush production is only possible after confirmation of garment stock, file, capacity and planning. Any evening surcharge is confirmed in advance.
As a safe general care rule: wash at a maximum of 30 °C, inside out, do not tumble dry or bleach and do not iron directly over the print. Wait at least 24 hours after DTF printing before the first wash. The strictest instruction for the garment or decoration takes precedence.

Frequently asked questions about garment printing
Which printing method is best for my clothing?
It depends on artwork, fabric, colour, quantity and use. DTG suits cotton and soft full-colour prints, DTF works on many textiles, and DTM offers specialist media and effects.
Can I order printed clothing from one piece?
Yes. AJDN can produce from one piece. Preparation and setup are generally more economical per unit at higher quantities.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, after we check material, coatings, seams and heat resistance. We recommend a print test for unknown or valuable garments.
Which artwork file is suitable for garment printing?
Vector artwork is ideal for logos; for photographs we recommend a sharp PNG with a transparent background, preferably supplied at final size.
Will a garment print feel thick or heavy?
This varies by method, size and ink coverage. DTG sits more within suitable cotton; DTF and specialist media sit more on top. We advise for comfort and use.
How durable is a garment print?
Fabric choice, pretreatment, pressing and washing determine longevity. Follow the care label, wash inside out and never iron directly on the print.
Can I order a printed sample first?
Yes. A sample is sensible for a new garment, critical colour, large print or technique not previously approved for your design.
What determines the price?
