Garment storage starts with careful inbound handling. We count goods according to the agreed process, check visible discrepancies and assign products to a fixed location. This keeps products, sizes and colours easy to trace.
AJDN can connect storage with embroidery, printing, hangtags, neck labels, pick & pack and shipping. Stock therefore does not need to travel unnecessarily between different facilities, while production and logistics stay aligned.
Before launch, we define how stock is delivered, how often you receive a stock status and what happens to damaged items, slow movers and returns. Ownership, liability and any additional insurance are documented in the agreement.

Professional garment storage is not only about having enough space. Inventory must be identifiable, protected and available at the right moment. During onboarding we record the products, SKUs, sizes, colours and packaging formats you will supply. We also agree how quantities are checked, how discrepancies are reported and from which point goods are released for a new production or customer order.
After inbound receipt, products are assigned a logical warehouse location. Variants remain separated so the correct garment can be found quickly and the risk of mix-ups is reduced. Depending on the range and workflow, we use product information, location codes and available scanning or inventory data. Garments are stored clean, dry and organised according to the agreed packaging requirements. For delicate, valuable or unusual products, we determine whether additional handling instructions are needed.
Because AJDN combines storage with embroidery, printing, labels, hangtags, fulfilment and shipping, inventory can move directly into the next operation. Blank garments can remain in stock and be personalised only after a webshop order arrives. Finished products can stay ready for pick and pack. This reduces movements between suppliers and creates one controlled workflow from stock to customer.
Inventory changes continuously through inbound deliveries, production, orders, returns and corrections. We therefore define who reports movements, how frequently information is required and what happens when a difference is found. Expected peak periods, minimum and maximum volumes, turnaround times and seasonal stock are also discussed. This helps plan capacity and avoids launching a campaign while important sizes are unavailable.
Storage can be used as an individual logistics step, but it delivers most value when connected to inventory management and order processing. AJDN helps establish a method that suits your webshop, collection and growth plans. Storage per shelf
€50 per full shelf per month. One shelf measures approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm.

Depending on the model and packaging, one shelf holds about 100 hoodies or 500 T-shirts.
Receiving and counting
Receiving and counting goods costs €50 per separate assignment.
Stock checks
An extra stock check or periodic inventory costs €50 per assignment and is carried out only with prior approval.
Inbound photography
Photographing incoming stock is not charged separately.
Additional costs
Shipping labels, packaging, repacking and carrier costs may be charged separately when additional logistics are used.

Who owns the stored inventory?
Purchased or printed customer stock remains customer property. Unprinted AJDN garments are not billed in advance and remain AJDN property until ordered.
