From classic embroidery to a full-colour patch
An embroidered badge is a separate emblem for clothing, caps, bags and accessories. Visible thread relief gives logos, club colours and brand details a durable textile appearance.
AJDN can build patches with flat embroidery, Chenille, Appliqué or Full Colour Embroidery. We check which technique, base, stitch construction and finish best support the artwork.

Artwork and application
Email the logo, dimensions, quantity, application, colours and required shipping date.
Technical assessment
We determine technique, stitches, material, edge and attachment and flag details that are too small.
Sample and approval
A paid sample is available from one item; one production sample is free with a confirmed order from 100 items.
Production and control
After approval we produce, finish and inspect appearance, edge, size and repeatability.

Clear pricing, timing and artwork requirements
- From one item; price follows technique, stitches, dimensions, material, finish and quantity.
- Normal production: one to five working days after order, artwork, material and approval are ready.
- Digitising starts at €10 for 1–11 items and is not charged separately from 12 items.
- AI, EPS or PDF is preferred. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can be assessed.
- Production files are emailed to info@ajdn.com and are never sent through WhatsApp.
- Wash inside out at a maximum of 30 °C, do not tumble dry or bleach and do not iron over the decoration.

Practical information about badges and patches
What is the difference between a badge, patch and emblem?
The terms are often used interchangeably. AJDN means a separate textile element produced with embroidery, material and edge finishing and supplied loose or applied.
Can I order one badge or sample?
Yes. Badges and paid physical samples are available from one item. One production sample is free with a confirmed order from 100 items.
Which techniques are available?
Flat embroidery, Chenille, Appliqué and Full Colour Embroidery are available and may be combined after technical assessment.
How are patch edges finished?
AJDN finishes patches professionally and can overlock the edges. Shape, material and end use are assessed first.
Can AJDN apply badges to garments?
Yes. Patches can be supplied loose or applied to technically suitable new, unwashed articles.
What determines the price?
Technique, stitches, dimensions, material, colours or layers, edge, attachment, quantity and production time determine the quotation. Business prices exclude VAT.
How long does production take?
Normally one to five working days once order, production file, material and approval are ready. Rush work only after confirmation.
How should I supply artwork?
Email AI, EPS or PDF to info@ajdn.com. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can also be assessed. Not through WhatsApp.
