- From €8.15 excl. VAT for up to 5,000 stitches at 1–11 applications; the cap is excluded.
- 3D has no fixed surcharge, but often contains more stitches and may therefore cost more.
- Digitising starts at €10 for 1–11 items; no separate charge from 12 or for linked webshop on-demand.
- Normal production takes one to five working days; webshop on-demand normally one day when ready.
- A paid sample is available from one item; one production sample is free with an order from 100 items.
- Email AI, EPS or PDF to info@ajdn.com. Production files are not sent through WhatsApp.

Can I order one embroidered cap?
Yes. All AJDN embroidery techniques and a paid sample are available from one item.
What does cap embroidery cost?
From €8.15 excl. VAT for up to 5,000 stitches at 1–11 applications. The cap is excluded; final price follows stitches, technique, placement and quantity.
Does 3D embroidery cost more?
There is no fixed 3D surcharge. A 3D design often contains more stitches than flat embroidery and may therefore cost more.
Which positions are possible?
The front is most common. Side and back may be possible when construction, closure and embroidery frame allow them.
Can I supply my own caps?
Yes, if new, unworn and unwashed and after technical assessment. Customer-supplied articles follow the own-garment conditions.
What are the digitising charges?
From €10 for 1–11 items; no separate charge from 12. No new digitising charge applies to linked webshop on-demand.
How long does production take?
Normally one to five working days when order, file and caps are ready. On-demand averages one day and rush only after confirmation.
How should I supply my logo?
Preferably AI, EPS or PDF by email to info@ajdn.com. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can be assessed. Not through WhatsApp.
