Choose the production route that genuinely fits your brand
With custom production, the garment itself is developed for your brand. You choose the model, fabric, colour, size distribution, fit and finish. This differs from printing or embroidering an existing blank garment.
Not every collection needs to be fully custom. An existing Stanley/Stella, Oltex or AS Colour garment may be faster and more efficient. AJDN compares both routes based on appearance, quantities, budget, timing and the level of exclusivity required.

We define the garment type, silhouette, sizing and required fit before production is scheduled.
Fabric and colour
Fabric, weight, composition, feel and colour are selected according to the design, use and available production options.
Brand finishing
Neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, packaging and other brand details can be included in production.
Embroidery and printing
Logos, artwork and decorations are technically reviewed. AJDN recommends a suitable method and position for each material.
Sample and approval
If a sample or additional approval stage is required, we confirm in advance what will be made, assessed and charged.
Production and logistics
After approval, AJDN can connect production with inventory, on-demand decoration, fulfilment and shipping.

Design and specifications
We define the technical choices, dimensions, colours, finishing and files. Simple file preparation starts at €20; new creative design work is €85 per hour.
Material and sample
Availability, scheduling and any required sample or approval stage are confirmed in advance.
Production and quality control
Production begins after the required approvals. AJDN checks the garments against the agreed specifications before delivery or storage.

How do I supply files?
Start communication in the AJDN App where possible. Production and design files are supplied by email or through the secured customer account, never through WhatsApp.
