Fulfilment covers receiving, storing, picking, checking, packing and shipping products. Clothing brands also need precise control of sizes, colours, SKUs, personalisation and brand presentation.
AJDN connects logistics to printing, embroidery, neck labels, hangtags and on-demand production. Your quality checks stay within one workflow and you avoid coordinating separate production and fulfilment suppliers.
Before launch we record range, inventory, packaging, order rules, return criteria and communication. The AJDN App is the central route for questions and cooperation; production files go by email or through the secure customer account, not WhatsApp.

Onboarding
No onboarding fee. Normal setup takes around 2 working days once agreements, access and data are complete.
Storage
€50 per full shelf per month. A shelf is approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm and holds around 100 hoodies or 500 T-shirts depending on the product.
Pick and pack
AJDN charges no separate pick-and-pack fee. Shipping labels, packaging, repacking and carrier charges may be billed separately.
Receiving and counting
Receiving and counting costs €50 per assignment. An extra stock check or periodic inventory also costs €50 per assignment and only takes place with prior approval. Incoming-stock photography is included.
Returns
Regular return inspection is included up to a 10% return rate per calendar quarter. Above this threshold the charge is €2.50 per return; exceptional additional work is €85 per hour after consultation.
Packaging
Examples: small logo box 37 × 26 × 3 cm for up to 2 T-shirts €0.95; medium logo box 40 × 30 × 10 cm for up to 2 hoodies or 6 T-shirts €1.30. Larger boxes and sizes may vary by supplier.

What does fulfilment cost at AJDN?
There is no onboarding fee and no separate pick-and-pack fee. Storage costs €50 per full shelf per month. Receiving and counting, additional checks, packaging, shipping labels and carrier costs follow the confirmed agreement. All stated business prices exclude VAT.
How large is one storage shelf?
A shelf is approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm. Depending on the item, it holds around 100 hoodies or 500 T-shirts. Storage is charged per full shelf.
How quickly can fulfilment start?
Usual setup takes around two working days once range, order rules, access, stock and packaging instructions are complete. We verify the technical order flow with a test order before launch.
What is included in pick and pack?
AJDN charges no separate pick-and-pack or regular return-processing fee. Shipping labels, packaging materials, repacking and external carrier charges may be billed separately.
How are returns charged?
Regular inspection is included while the return rate does not exceed 10% per calendar quarter. Above this threshold the charge is €2.50 per return. Exceptional repair, sorting or administration is €85 per hour after consultation.
Can I use my own packaging and inserts?
Yes. Own boxes, mailers, thank-you cards, stickers, discount codes and inserts are possible. AJDN can also ship neutrally or fully white-label.
Which carrier does AJDN use?
DHL collects orders every working day. PostNL is available as backup. Carrier lead time and costs are separate from production lead time.
How do I provide product and order files?
Files are not sent through WhatsApp. After the enquiry, use email or the secure AJDN server account once configured. The AJDN App is the central communication route.
