A clothing brand needs more than a good print. Garments, production files, labels, stock, webshop orders and shipping must work together as one process. AJDN adapts the workflow to your collection and sales pace.
Start with one sample or a first production order and grow towards a recurring webshop flow. Production takes place in Ridderkerk, with central communication through the AJDN App and email, plus telephone support on working days.
If you have a brand idea but no design or webshop yet, AJDN Agency can separately provide design, webshop development, SEO and AI visibility and print materials. You choose only the components you need and each service is specified separately.

Choose the right production model
Three routes from first sample to fulfilment
Sample and order-led start
Test garment, fit, artwork and finishing from one item. AJDN orders the garment after a webshop order arrives; dispatch is normally within 1–5 working days, subject to supplier stock.
Stock-led on-demand
Fully production-ready stocked items received before 15:00 Monday–Thursday or before 12:00 on Friday can normally be dispatched the same working day.
Pre-production and fulfilment
Store finished stock, process webshop orders and ship white label directly to your end customer.

Garments and samples
Choose collections for brands, merchandise and workwear. View and try products in the Ridderkerk showroom. Business garments start at €3 per item, excluding decoration and 21% VAT.
DTG, DTF and DTM
AJDN assesses design, material, position and volume. DTG starts at €2 for a chest logo of around 60 mm, applied DTF often around €2.50 and DTM from €0.50 at neck-label size. Garments are charged separately.
Embroidery and special finishes
From flat and 3D embroidery to Appliqué, Chenille, Embossed and Full Colour Embroidery. Flat embroidery starts at €8.15 per application up to around 5,000 stitches for 1–11 items; garment excluded.
Private-label finishing
Add printed neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, barcodes, QR codes, inserts and packaging. A printed neck label starts at €0.50; the garment is charged separately.
Webshop, design and AJDN App
AJDN Agency can separately provide design, webshop development and online visibility. Orders, production data and shared communication then come together in the AJDN App.
Stock and shipping
Combine customer-owned stock, quality control, order processing, returns inspection and white-label shipping. Storage starts at €50 per full rack of approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm per month.
Price basis: these are business starting or indicative prices excluding 21% VAT. Garment, additional positions, larger dimensions, more stitches, special materials, labels, packaging and shipping are confirmed separately. Consumers receive a total price including VAT and the applicable consumer terms before acceptance.

We connect variants, SKUs and production data and run a test order before launch. Stock choices are documented together.
Production, control and shipping
AJDN produces according to the approved data, checks each item and prepares the order for collection or dispatch.
WooCommerce, Shopify and the AJDN App
Orders automated, communication centralised
The technical connection between WooCommerce or Shopify and AJDN’s order system can normally be activated by appointment in about five minutes once the correct temporary administrator access is available. Products, variants, SKUs, production data, prices, shipping and order rules are checked separately afterwards.
Orders can be imported automatically and order statuses and tracking codes can be returned to the webshop. We run a test order before launch. General supplier stock is not automatically synchronised as webshop stock; customer-owned stock is governed by separate agreements.

Practical answers for clothing brands and webshops
Can I start from one item?
Yes. On-demand production is available from one item, with no setup fee or minimum monthly volume. Garments, production, brand finishing, storage and shipping are confirmed according to your chosen route. Business prices exclude 21% VAT.
What is the difference between order-led and stock-led on-demand?
In an order-led flow, AJDN orders the item after the webshop order arrives and dispatch normally follows within 1–5 working days, subject to supplier stock. In a stock-led flow, agreed items are ready and fully production-ready orders can normally be dispatched within the confirmed cut-off.
Is my webshop fully operational after five minutes?
No. About five minutes applies only to activating the WooCommerce or Shopify connection when access is available. Products, variants, SKUs, production data, prices, shipping, order rules and the test order are checked separately.
Can AJDN provide garments, labels and packaging?
Yes. AJDN can supply, print or embroider garments and add neck, size and care labels, hangtags, barcodes, QR codes, inserts and packaging. Each product and design is technically reviewed.
When does production time start?
Production time starts once the order or quotation is approved, the production file is suitable, any design is approved and the required garments or materials are available or received. Lead times are in working days and exclude carrier transit.
Can AJDN help if I only have a brand idea?
Yes. Through the separate AJDN Agency route we can provide design, a website or webshop, SEO and AI visibility, Google Ads, managed WordPress hosting and print materials. Each component is specified and confirmed separately.
How do I supply files and ask questions?
Send production, design and logo files to info@ajdn.com by email. WhatsApp is for short questions only. Every customer can register for the AJDN App for central communication and contact with an employee.
