AJDN supplies from one garment. Garments start at €3 per item, excluding printing or embroidery and excluding 21% VAT. The exact price depends on brand, model, size, colour, quantity, technique and current availability.

Approve the selection
Your organisation confirms garments, colours, quantities and sizes before the production order becomes final.
Showroom: Brouwerstraat 34, 2984 AR Ridderkerk, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00. Visits are possible with or without an appointment; without an appointment, a wait of up to around 30 minutes may occur. Collection is free.
Online meetings can be scheduled Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 20:00. These extended hours do not apply to physical showroom visits.

Print, personalise or embroider
AJDN selects the technique based on material, use, artwork, position, quantity and appearance. Prices are calculated per design and position. These business starting or example prices exclude 21% VAT and the garment is charged separately.
DTG — Direct to Garment
Detailed prints, mainly on cotton. Printing from €2 for a chest logo of around 60 mm. Garment excluded.
DTF — Direct to Film
Versatile full-colour designs. Applied DTF often costs around €2.50 for a chest logo, €3.50–€6 for a back design and up to around €10 for a large solid print. Garment excluded.
DTM — Direct to Media
Names, numbers, brick/rubber, glitter, metallic and flock. From €0.50 for a neck-label-sized application. Garment excluded.
Flat and 3D embroidery
From €8.15 per application up to around 5,000 stitches for 1–11 items. Garment excluded; final price depends on stitches, volume and material.
Full Colour Embroidery by AJDN
From €10.15 per application up to 5,000 stitches for 1–11 items: embroidery from €8.15 plus a DTG print surcharge from €2 depending on area and ink use. Garment excluded.
Appliqué, Chenille and Embossed
Each from €8.15 per application for an example chest logo of around 60–80 mm and up to about 5,000 stitches for 1–11 items. Garment excluded; special materials may carry a pre-agreed surcharge.
For a new embroidery production file, digitising costs start at €10 for 1–11 items. No separate digitising cost applies from 12 items. A technical file check is included with a production order. Simple file preparation starts at €20; new creative design and extensive corrections are quoted at €85 per hour. Three correction rounds are included with an agreed design.
Employees, stock and repeat orders
An ordering process that grows with your organisation
Employees can order individually. AJDN can configure garments per role, department or location, process names and job roles and create a company ordering portal.
Approved garments, logos and positions can be reused for repeat orders. AJDN can hold blank and personalised stock. Stock, ownership, authorisations and ordering rules are agreed and tested before launch.
Garments purchased and personalised for the customer remain the customer’s property. Uninvoiced blank stock remains AJDN property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clear starting conditions and planning
When is custom workwear ready for dispatch?
Production starts when everything is ready
The quotation or order, production file, any design approval and all required garments or materials must be ready or received.
Regular production
Regular production orders average around 5 working days after everything is production-ready and available. AJDN confirms the expected dispatch date.
Production days
Production runs Monday to Thursday and Friday from 09:00–12:00. There is no weekend production. The showroom remains open until 17:00 on Friday.
Stock-led on-demand
In an established flow, fully production-ready stocked orders received before 15:00 Monday–Thursday or 12:00 Friday are normally dispatched the same day and no later than 24 hours. This does not automatically apply to an ordinary one-off enquiry.
Supplier-led products
If garments must be ordered after the order is received, dispatch is normally within 1–5 working days, subject to stock and personalisation.
Rush production after confirmation
Rush work is confirmed only after AJDN checks stock, files, quantity and planning. Any surcharge is agreed in advance; no production takes place at weekends.
Dispatch is not delivery. Production times apply to working days and exclude carrier transit. AJDN provides an expected dispatch date, not a delivery guarantee.

Supply your own garments
Customer-supplied garments are accepted only when new, unworn and unwashed. Used or washed items are not accepted.
Test one item first
For exclusive or high-value garments, we recommend testing one item first. Material, coating, seams and heat sensitivity can influence the technique.
Customer-supplied garments are processed under the separate supplied-item terms, applicable law and AJDN’s duty of care. We report visible technical risk before production starts.

Can I order custom workwear from one item?
